A brick factory in Gaoping City, Jincheng, Shanxi Province has a large inventory of coal gangue. After investigation and understanding, the SN-XRT intelligent sorting machine was introduced for the recovery of coal gangue. The processing capacity of the equipment is 80-100 tons per hour. The calorific value of the raw materials before selection is 1000-1500 kcal. After selection, the calorific value of the coal reaches 6000 kcal and can be directly sold, with a recovery rate of 15%. The gangue after selection can be directly used to make bricks. Since its commissioning, the equipment has been operating stably and reliably, creating good economic benefits for customers.
